Three Open Water Swim Tips

Skill Development

we announce via our newsletter and team emails

These rides will be in the 15-25 mile range.  They will vary in locations.  These are SAFE rides on cycling trails = NO TRAFFIC!

There is no excuse to say you have to be stronger or more experienced. The goal is to develop skills in riding, tips on gear,  bike fit & position, etc.   The point of these rides is to help someone thinking of doing their first triathlon to become a good bike riding triathlete, and elevate skills in riding for the novice triathlete.  There will be a experienced triathlete team member that will agree to keep the beginner rider on track.  No one will be left behind alone.

Open to all. We do ask non-members a $10 donation to Team Psych Charity: Success 4 Kids & Families

Team Psych Weekend Bike Ride sites will be announced in weekly newsletter & Facebook. Directions to locations and ride map will be included.
